CLIENT SUCCESS AMBASSADOR

At Easy Landlord, we strive to make property management for short-term rentals a breeze for landlords. We are looking for motivated, responsible individuals to work as Easy Landlord Nomads.  This exciting role does not need you to punch in an office daily – there is no fixed schedule or boring 9-5 routines. The role mainly revolves around going physically on location to properties for any need that may arise like guest management, opening up for workers doing property maintenance, and/or landlord requests. Such requests are on an ad-hoc basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Managing guest bookings

Ensuring guests will have a smooth check-in prior to arrival.

Meet & Greet Guests

Only when necessary.  Guide them on location & show them around.

On-call support for guests

In case of any emergency

Be there when required

To be present during any maintenance, photo shoots or any other property related task

What you need / requirements

  • Your own transportation. A motorcycle is considered a big plus.
  • Comfortable with modern technology – Whatsapp, gmail, and basic computer skills
  • A smartphone to take photos on site if required
  • Good level of English. Any other languages are considered a plus.
  • A good dose of motivation, and a friendly attitude
  • Experience in the sector is considered an asset
